近日,由瑞浦兰钧参与建设的电池储能系统项目,于广东省梅州市成功并网。据悉,该项目为用户侧厂区储能项目,规模为40MWh。通过在当地部署稳定的清洁能源供应系统,瑞浦兰钧为当地的能源绿色转型注入新动能。
Recently, a battery energy storage system project participated by REPT BATTERO was successfully connected to the grid in Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is reported that this project is a user-side plant energy storage project with a scale of 40MWh. By deploying a stable clean energy supply system in the local area, REPT BATTERO has injected new momentum into the local energy green transformation.
8月上旬,该20MW/40MWh直流侧项目并网成功。该项目主要由四方集团总包,由瑞浦兰钧承接。
本次服务的公司为一家以水泥为主业的大型集团公司。所支持的项目位于三大水泥生产基地之一的梅州,为用户侧厂区储能项目。瑞浦兰钧在厂内用户变电站增加储能系统,通过变电站内两路10kV 馈线开关并网,采用多个储能单元并联方式,输出电压等级10kV。
In early August, the 20MW/40MWh project of DC side was successfully connected to the grid.
The project is located in Meizhou, one of the three major cement production bases, and is a user-side plant energy storage project. REPT BATTERO added an energy storage system in the user substation of the plant, which is connected to the grid through two 10kV feeder switches in the substation, and adopts the parallel connection of multiple energy storage units with an output voltage level of 10kV.
储能助“减”,结构转型
根据麦肯锡数据,水泥行业占全球碳排放量的7%,中国水泥行业碳排放量则占到全国碳排放总量的约9%,可谓碳排放的“大户”。
面临“双碳”目标,水泥行业任务艰巨。要实现碳减排,需要从替代燃料、能效提升等方面着手。
该项目的建成投产将有效缓解公司高峰供电压力,增加新能源消纳,降低企业用能成本。

The completion and commissioning of the project will effectively alleviate the company's peak power supply pressure, increase the consumption of new energy and reduce the cost of enterprise energy.

据介绍,本次项目储能总容量为20MW/40MWh,包括6 个储能单元,每个储能单元由2 套3.35MWh的预制舱与1 套3.45MW的升压逆变单元连接组成。
本次项目的电池系统采用磷酸铁锂电池系统,以预制舱形式进行了模块化设计。
本次40MWh 储能系统共配置12 个3.35MWh 预制舱。每台户外预制舱包含电池、电池管理系统、液冷机组、消防、监控系统等。
According to the introduction, the total capacity of energy storage of this project is 20MW/40MWh, including 6 energy storage units, each energy storage unit consists of 2 sets of 3.35MWh battery stacks connected with 1 set of 3.45MW boost inverter unit.
The battery system of this project adopts lithium iron phosphate battery system, which is modularized in the form of prefabricated cabin.
The 40MWh energy storage system is equipped with 12 3.35MWh containers. Each outdoor prefabricated module contains batteries, battery management system, liquid cooling unit, fire protection and monitoring system.
